Semester fees for 2024-2025
Semester fees are billed in Autumn and Spring, separately.
You can ask to pay the semester fee in installments (1-3). If you do, all the bills will arrive at the same time, but their due dates will be a month apart, each.
There is an option to apply for hobby support (monetary aid, granted together with the City of Lappeenranta), or for an exemption of semester fees (granted for highly motivated students of Lappeenranta Dance Institute).
The dance groups that practice at Lappeenranta Dance Institute have 37 weeks of teaching per year. Remote locations Joutseno, Pontus, Ruoholampi (Lappee) and Taavetti have 35 weeks of teaching.
Campaigns of 2024-25
New boys in our class Willipojat and in the class Willimiehet get to dance the whole Autumn semester (until Christmas break) for 25 € It’s the price of the registration fee. They have a student spot for the whole year.
For all new students of Jan 2025: Come on and try! You have a period of 7.1.-3.2., during which you can still decline your student spot, and you will only be billed the registration fee of 25 €.
If you wish to decline your student spot and only pay for the trial-period, make sure your notification is in our student office by 3rd of February.
Enrollment for new students is open. The classes begin on January 7th, 2025.
Semester fees and registration fees are free of VAT, and it will not be added.
Semester fee -bills will be sent to the email address, that is either given for the primary guardian of a student, or for an adult student themselves.
Payment methods: bill, cash, credit- or debit cards, Edenred, ePassi ja Smartum -exercise benefits.
Semester fees include: the number of dance classes per year (performances are included in the total number of dance classes), and the teaching material given to the studen (e.g. diplomas). The number of dance classes per month is subject to change in according to public holidays, but the total is what counts.
